The Lake Geneva Fire Department is comprised of 38 Paid-on-Call & Part-Time professionals working out of two stations.The Lake Geneva Fire Department is proud to provide fire suppression, emergency medical services, public education and technical rescue, consisting of high/low angle rope rescue, trench collapse, confined space and water/ice rescue, to the citizens of Lake Geneva and Geneva Township. Our primary response area consists of approximately 20 square miles. However our services are available throughout northern Illinois and southeast Wisconsin via MABAS.
Station 1 is located at 730 Marshall St. It was opened in September 1975. It currently quarters Ambulance 2890, Engine 2820, Truck 2850, Tanker 2830, Command/Dive 2860, Squad 2861, Boat 2870, Grass Rig 2840 and Utility 2841 2871.We are pleased to offer quarters to the Racine Fire Bells.Click on the above picture for Station 1 apparatus pictures and information.
