Any person who violates ANY
of the provisions of this code, or who fails to comply with any order made
hereunder, or who builds in violation on any detailed statement of
specifications or plans submitted and conditionally approved hereunder, or
any certificate or permit herein from which no such appeal has been taken,
or who fails to comply with such an order as affirmed or modified by a
court of competent jurisdiction within the time fixed herein, shall for
each and every violation and non-compliance be subject to the following:
1) Imposition by forfeiture of no more than
$500.00 per day by the Municipal Court.
